| How do I go about stopping e-mail alerts on topics where I have posted? | |

| Click on 'Profiles' in the brown menu bar at the top, and then on 'Preferences'. | |

| I did that on Saturday evening, but have still been receiving e-mail notifications throughout Sunday.
Would have thought it better to have 'no e-mails' as default with opt-in as a preference option.

Me too - despite having set preferences. I know I could just delete, but I can do without my In Box getting further clogged-up with unwanted messages.

| Well, I changed my settings and I don't receive any.
Maybe try double checking them...

| just so's anyone else would like to cancel email alerts and have made sure in their profile that the box is ticked (or not) so they don't get them...... at the bottom right of the thread/post there is a link which says ' watch this topic for replies' if you click that then you will get replies sent to your inbox, as it will say ' stop watching this topic'.....if you click 'stop watching this topic' then that should solve the issue thank you to me | |

| i have also noticed in the profile section that there is a link to 'topics being watched', this will display the topics that 'you' are watching, same rule applies as above if you want to stop email alerts | |
